DESIGN FEATURES
ESTABLISHED DESIGN PHILOSOPHY The Profemur® Gladiator® design is based on the long-established concept of tapered dual wedge stems. The triple wedge taper is designed to achieve femoral conformity, while the proximal trapezoidal cross-section provide axial and rotational stability1. Horizontal and vertical macrostructures* are designed to evenly distribute loading forces and promote rotational stability2.

Proximal Titanium plasma spray 0.5mm circumferential thickness to encourage initial stability and host bone acceptance.
